What payment methods do you accept? Are there any fees?
Chucktown Trailers currently accepts cash and major credit/debit cards. We have two partner financing options- Terrace Finance and Hometowne Capital Rent-to-Own. If you are interested in financing through your personal bank, we can collaborate with your bank to ensure they have all information needed for your loan.
Cash discounts are available. We do not charge additional card processing fees to the listed price.
What is the sales tax?
Chucktown Trailers is located in Ravenel, SC where there is a 9% sales tax added to the purchase price of the trailers. South Carolina residents are to pay the 9% sales tax unless there is documentation provided to Chucktown Trailers for a qualifying tax exemption.

Out of state purchasers should reach out to Chucktown Trailers directly regarding the Sales Tax requirements for your state. Each state has different policies on trailer tax collection.
What do I need to know about the purchasing process?

Can I return my trailer or request a refund?
All sales are final and we are unable to accommodate return or refund requests. Customers are encouraged to inspect their trailer carefully and ensure they are satisfied with the condition, features, and warranty details (if applicable) before completing the purchase.By proceeding with the purchase, customers agree to the terms outlined in Chucktown Trailers' Refund/Return policy.
What paperwork will I receive with my purchase to prove ownership?
Our products come straight from the manufacturers. You will receive a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin, Bill of Sale, and warranty information if applicable (check your listing on the website). The only time this may vary is if a customer takes advantage of our financing option and a lender requests possession of the Certificate of Origin.
