​​Thank you for choosing Chucktown Trailers. We are committed to providing a transparent and secure purchasing experience. Please review our purchase policy carefully before completing your transaction.

In-Person Finalization
All purchases must be finalized in-person after the buyer has completed a full inspection of the desired product. We do not process final sales remotely or without in-person verification.
Identification Requirements
To complete your purchase, a valid government-issued photo ID is required. Acceptable forms of ID include, but are not limited to:

Driver’s license

State ID card

Passport

Military ID
The name on the ID must match both the name on the purchaser paperwork and, if not paying with cash, the name on the payment method.
Payment Information

If paying by credit/debit card, check, or other non-cash methods, the name on the payment method must match the name on the presented ID.

If paying with cash, ID verification is still required, but name matching with a payment method is not applicable.
We will never request or store a copy of your payment method (e.g., card numbers or banking information).
Recordkeeping
A copy of your government-issued ID will be kept on file for our records. This is for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. Your information is stored securely and will not be shared or sold.
Custom Builds & Deposits
Custom-built products may require a nonrefundable deposit to begin production. Deposit requirements and amounts will be clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to any work commencing. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom order deposits are final and nonreturnable.

Third-Party Pickup Policy

At Chucktown Trailers, we prefer to release inventory directly to the original purchaser to ensure accuracy, security, and proper verification. However, we understand that in some cases, the purchaser may need to designate a third party to pick up their fully paid-for item.
Authorization Process
If a customer wishes to have a third party pick up their purchase, the following conditions must be met:

Full Payment Required
The item must be paid for in full prior to any release of equipment to a third party. -
Pickup Person Authorization Form
The purchaser must complete and sign a Pickup Person Authorization Form, which includes:-
Purchaser’s full name and contact information

Authorized pickup person’s full name and contact information
-
Description of the item being picked up
-
Date of expected pickup
-

Valid ID Required
The authorized individual must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup.
The name on the ID must match exactly the name provided on the authorization form. -
ID Recordkeeping
A copy of the authorized person’s ID will be kept on file for our records. This information is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties.
Release of Liability
Once the authorized person connects to or takes possession of the equipment, Chucktown Trailers is no longer liable for the item. Responsibility for transport, condition, and delivery lies with the authorized individual acting on behalf of the purchaser.
