Warranty Information
Each trailer listing clearly states whether it comes with a manufacturer warranty. Please note that not all trailers are covered by a manufacturer warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand the warranty details provided prior to purchase. Warranty coverage, if applicable, is handled directly through the manufacturer and may vary by trailer. It is the customer's responsibility to complete the warranty information (if applicable) with the manufacturer in the allotted time frame after purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
Chucktown Trailers does not accept returns or offer refunds on any trailer purchases. All trailer sales are final. Once a customer has completed the purchase and taken possession of the trailer, we are unable to accommodate any return or refund requests.
Issue Resolution Through Warranty
Any post-purchase issues with the trailer must be addressed through the appropriate warranty process, if applicable. We encourage customers to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support or assistance.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect and ensure they are fully satisfied with the trailer before completing their purchase and leaving our premises. By finalizing the purchase, customers acknowledge and accept the condition and warranty terms (if any) of the trailer. Customers must complete and submit warranty information to the manufacturer in the allotted time frame to ensure their warranty is active.
